hir0xygen 63f8213c71 Rework chat UI for Material 3 Expressive and add demo build 
Composer is now the control hub: attachment menu (photos/files/camera via
FileProvider), attachment strip, model selector dropdown, big send button,
filled text field. Dragging the grabber morphs it into the session list with
the composer pinned at the bottom; sending there starts a new chat.

- container-based color discipline: tonal user bubbles, neutral code chips,
  semantic status colors, grouped sessions/settings/model-menu containers
- settings sheet overlays the dimmed chat instead of replacing it
- attachments sent as base64 data URLs in the WS message envelope
- demo build (assembleDemo) replays bundled threads with a scripted live
  turn; no networking or real data compiled in
